With CSM Energy acting as a trustee on owners’ behalf, continuation of vessel operation (incl. Commercial Management) and/or lay-up decisions become a responsibility of CSM Energy.
- The most cost-efficient operation of the vessel becomes our target and with our strength in Commercial Management we actively seek for employment opportunities of the offshore asset.
- When continued operation of the asset is deemed uneconomical, CSM Energy will develop a warm/cold lay-up concept and manage the complete lay-up process, including location selection (secure and sheltered), ship inspections and on-board watches, as well as reactivation of assets.
