COMPANY POLICY

This Policy Statement is approved by the Company’s Top Management and is applicable to all Company employees, ashore and on board ships. The Company is committed to communicating this Policy Statement to all employees, to any contractors working with or on behalf of the Company and to the public. The Company is further committed to providing all necessary resources for the implementation of this policy towards compliance of the Company’s Management System. This Policy Statement is subject to annual review by the Top Management for continued suitability.

  • Strictly prohibiting employees from carrying out duties whilst impaired by alcohol or any illegal or non-prescribed drug.

  • Preventing, detecting and reporting bribery;
  • Maintaining a ‘zero-tolerance’ stance towards any form of bribery.

  • Ensuring the workplace is free of harassment for all employees;
  • Having a zero-tolerance-approach to any harassment related to the race, ethnic or national origin, colour, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability or other personal attribute of any employee, contractor, passenger or other third party;
  • Urging immediate reporting of any cases of harassment;
  • Investigating promptly, thoroughly and sensitively any reported cases.

  • Ensuring and promoting a free and anonymous reporting by all employees on any concerns or issues of non-compliance with rules and regulations or the Company’s policies;
  • Investigating and following up any concerns submitted via the open reporting;
  • Prohibiting any retaliation against employees who report non-compliance.
